Captain - More Information

 

 

Captain is a 2 year old neutered Utd standard poodle.  He was owned by an elderly gentleman that passed away. Captain is a bit naive about the world as he led a somewhat sheltered life; however he is confident and a very quick learner. He is doing well in just a few short days on leash training. 

 

Captain is housebroken and well behaved.  He has had free run of the house and been left for 4 hours at a time in his foster home with no issues,  (unless you consider counter surfacing an issue... we call this a crime of opportunity!)

 

Captain is a real snuggle bug and will burrow under the covers with you if you let him. He is still a big clumsy puppy in many ways (i don't think he had a lot of exercise in his prior life).  He is very eager to please and does great with the other two foster dogs in the house. He does love children but because of his size older children would be best.
