Beau - More Information

 

 

Beau, aka "Mr Naughty Pants", is a 60 pound, 8 month old, Standard poodle. He is neutered and UTD. As you can see, Beau is quite the beauty with his new poodle doo! He has been in foster (thanks again Danielle Miller) for a few short weeks and is ready to go to his forever home!

 

Beau is sure to make you smile as he can be such a clown! He loves to play with the resident dogs and continues to exhaust and wear them out daily with his puppy ways and energy! Beau is house broke and is learning basic commands. He is very eager to please and also loves to cuddle despite his high energy level.

A perfect home for Beau would be a fenced yard with another large young dog that loves to romp and play chase. Beau does not have a mean bone in his body and is also doing fine with the 3 year old child that resides in his foster home. He does like to give lots of sloppy puppy dog kisses. Beau will need to have an experienced dog owner who is willing to work and continue training with him or he will learn quickly how to rule the roost and get away with " well whatever he can get away with!" As willing as he is to please, his curiosity has dubbed him "Mr. Naughty Pants!" He is crate trained but not recommended for long periods of time, This is why he ended up in rescue; his earlier family worked 8-9 hours daily and he became too much of a handful from being confined all day.
